These boards are from a short story script I wrote several years ago. The story was about how men and women view and deal with issues. The title of the script is "Oh Yeah?" This is just the opening scene from the script and from here it leads to another scene where the two characters fight each other in a large open warehouse. There are three situations like this that happen and then at the end there is a final punch line with the main character and his girlfriend that wraps it all up. Lets take a look at the first scene.
Shot # 1A MS - Medium Shot
Hunter walks into the doorway from the
kitchen holding an ice cream container.
Shot # 2A WS - Wide Shot
Jason is sitting on the couch watching TV.
Shot # 1B MS - Medium Shot
Hunter asks Jason about the ice cream.
Shot # 3A MS - Medium Shot
Jason looks at Hunter and says no
he didn't touch the ice cream.
Shot # 4A CU - Close Up Shot
Hunter says "Oh Yeah?".
Shot # 4.5A CU - Close Up Shot
Jason slowly turns his head and replies "Yeah!".
Shot # 5A WS - Wide Shot
Hunter is now standing in the doorway dressed
in a marshal arts uniform and is ready for a fight.
Shot # 2B WS - Wide Shot
Jason stands up with his back to Hunter and now
he is also wearing a marshal arts uniform. He turns
to Hunter slowly glaring at him with fight in his eyes.
Shot # 6A CU - Close Up Shot
The camera jumps to a CU of Jason and he says
"Let's do this!".
Shot # 7A W2S - Wide 2 Shot
Hunter and Jason both let out a battle cry
and charge each other ready to fight.
